RMDH charities
Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is Alpha Delta Pi's international philanthropy.  RMHC was established in 1979 to help the families of seriously ill children who are receiving hospital treatment.  Since the commitment to the organization, ADPi has raised over $2 million.  The Beta Phi chapter at the University of Maryland serves the Ronald McDonald house in Baltimore, Maryland.  Sisters visit the house in Baltimore to make meals for the children and families and plan a fun crafts to do with the kids.

In Spring 2008, Beta Phi established the pre-finals tradition, The ADPi Cookie Walk.  The proceeds of both The ADPi Cookie Walk (held each semester) and the favorite monthly Pizza Bagel sales benefit RMCH.  Sisters also collect soda can tabs, which can be cashed and use to pay bills at the Ronald McDonald House in Baltimore.

Alpha Delta Pi also has an appointed Philanthropy chair, who organizes RMDH trips and fundraising events.  She also works with other chapters in the Greek community and their philanthropies.
